Services and Fees

*Please note: In-person appointments are available on MONDAY AFTERNOONS ONLY unless otherwise arranged with Dr. Martin-Brown.

All other appointments will be via Telehealth/video at this time.

Comprehensive Psychiatric Evaluation - Adult

Psychiatric assessment including clinical interview, review of patient history, identification of challenges, discussion of clinical impression, psychoeducation, treatment goals/planning and coordination of care. *May require more than one session depending on complexity.

$500 (60-75 mins)

Medication Management

Established patients only - Sessions every 4-12 weeks on average. Time spent reviewing current medication regimen, any changes in treatment plan and limited psychotherapeutic interventions. Patients usually already engaged in therapy with a therapist/psychologist.

$250 (30 mins)

Comprehensive Psychiatric Evaluation - Child/Adolescent/Teen

Psychiatric assessment including individual clinical interviews with parents/guardian and child, review of patient history, identification of challenges, screening tools, collateral, discussion of clinical impression, psychoeducation, treatment goals/planning and coordination of care.

$600 (TWO 45 mins sessions) *billed at 300 after each visit

Psychotherapy with or without medication management

Established patients only - Sessions scheduled weekly or biweekly and focus on psychotherapeutic interventions such as supportive therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy or psychodynamic psychotherapy. May or may not include medication management as referenced in previous section.

$350 (45 mins)

School Observation

Established patients only - Offered on a case-by-case basis to assist with diagnositic clarity. After obtaining permission from and coordinating with parents and child's school Dr. Martin-Brown will conduct a direct observation of the child in the classroom setting for a portion of the school day as determined by the school. Parents will then schedule a Consultation session to discuss findings and recommendations.

            $400/hr billed in 15 minute increments (*including travel time to and from destination)

Consultation (Parent only)

New or established patients - Session dedicated to discuss potential case (new patient), discuss current treatment plan in further detail or to address any additional questions and concerns with child/teen not present. This visit type is also scheduled following an in-school observation.

$300 (45 mins)

 

EMERGENCY RESOURCES

Patients experiencing worsening suicidal thoughts, severe psychiatric or medical emergencies should immediately seek care at the nearest Emergency Room or call 911.
